Soil: Arkoses, sandstone, clay, slate, marl, dolomitic limestone at the top of the parcel, more alluvial at the bottom of the parcel.
Winemaking: Hand harvest. Fermented with native yeast and aged in barrel for 8 months. Unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites.
