These delicately smoked filets of trout are from Denmark, where they are sustainably farmed and certified by the ASC. After the filets are smoked, they are packed boneless and skinless in tins with rapeseed oil. Serve it in the classic Danish smørrebrød style on rye bread with creme fraiche with capers, red onion, cucumbers & lemon.
