Manciaciumi ‘Malpelo’ Rosso NV (2022)

Winemaking: Organic farming in the less known south slope between Adrano and Trecastagni. Hand harvested grapes. Maceration on the skins for three days. The wine is then racked into a stainless steel tank for fermentation.
