Rebujito is a refreshing mix of dry fino sherry and real lemon juice.
The version we’ve always known is Fino or Manzanilla Sherry mixed with Sprite on ice with a mint leaf, if anything at all.
We took that classic and raised the bar. Premium aged sherry with nothing but lemon juice, a touch of grapefruit juice for extra brix, and a little bit of fizz for the elevated lift.

From the Producer: La Lata was created by Álvaro de la Viña and Ana González, the husband and wife team behind Selections de la Viña. In 2019, they were recognized by The Wine Enthusiast as one of 40 Under 40 Tastemakers for importing natural wine from Spain and distributing nationwide. Having formerly imported citrus fruit before wine, life’s twists and turns brought them full circle by combining their past and present careers...in a can.
Originally from Sevilla, La Lata began with their own interpretation of “rebujito”, a sherry cocktail they grew accustomed to drinking during the city's Feria de Abril. In fact, can designs were inspired by the fair itself.
From there they expanded into other regional wine cocktails and beverages from Spain, all of which made naturally using organic fruit. With La Lata, their goal is to take you on a virtual trip through their native country with every can you open.
