The domaine currently sits at 84 hectares, the most prized of which are planted along gabbro soil, ancient volcanic rock with excellent dry porosity that allows vines to venture deep and absorb priceless nutrients. Jean-Aubron has been working sustainably since 2000, without chemicals and utilizing cover crops to keep grapes healthy.
