Cornish Cider Company ‘With Friends’ Cider
Location: United States, Maine
Winemaker: Jacqueline & Jared Carr
From the Producers: One of our most natural wine-like ciders. A blend of Honeycrisp, Cortland, and Empire apples that were frozen outside during the early winter to concentrate the sugars. Initial tasting notes were of florals and ripe pineapple. Bottle conditioning has drifted the flavor profile to be more reminiscent of a Chardonnay with bread-like yeast notes and a richer, complex flavor.
With Friends is named as such as it was made entirely with friends. Apples came from T-Bone of Randall Orchards and Sean Turley of Righteous Russet. It was pressed with friends RJ and Tara Walker. It was bottled with brother Justin. We recommend drinking with friends.
